First, I will schedule a meeting with you so we can decide if we are a great fit for each other. If we decide that we are, I will come to the property that I'll be selling and do a Preparation for Sale Analysis. With this analysis, I will make any staging, home decor and organizational suggestions that will get us top dollar for your home.   Also during this analysis we will sign all listing paperwork and decide upon a listing price.

My selling process

First Step 

The next step is photography.  All my listings receive professional photos at no additional expense to you. Buyers will first see your property online and it is my job to ensure that once they see it online they decide they must see it in person. It is important that prior suggestions for home decor and staging be completed so we can show your home at it's best.

second Step  

Once photos are received and all listing documents are completed, I will begin putting together your customized marketing packet. This packet will cover various social media platforms,  online presence as well as offline marketing techniques.

third Step  

Launch Day!!!!!!!!!   This is the day we officially go live. Now you sit back and relax as I begin the process of getting a pre-approved and qualified buyer for your home. Our train is officially on it's way to the closing table.
