First, we will meet and decide if you and I would be a great fit for each other. Should we decide that we are, we will schedule a buyer's consultation. During this consultation I go over the entire buying process with you to address any concerns, questions or areas where clarity is needed. After this, YOUR EXPERIENCE BEGINS!!!

My buying process

First Step  

Next I get your pre-approved. In order to make your home buying experience a smooth one, it's imperative that I am aware of your buying power. This includes your pre-approval itself, as well as knowing the money you have saved. This allows me to best negotiate to win your offer when I'm aware of what we have to work with.

second Step  

We physically view homes that I have pulled for you or that you came across. We narrow the houses down to the top 1 that you want to call home.  After we  selected "THE ONE" I will submit and negotiate a offer on your behalf.

third Step 

Our offer is accepted and we are officially under contract. Now we will have an inspection completed along with an appraisal . If everything checks out, off towards closing we go.
